ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last updated: 19/01/2026

The Charlbury Exhibition Foundation is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible. We want everyone to be able to access information about our work, our grants, and how to apply for support, regardless of ability or technology.

How accessible this website is

We aim to ensure this website is:

  • Clear and easy to read

  • Usable with screen readers and other assistive technologies

  • Navigable using a keyboard

  • Compatible with modern browsers and devices

We try to use plain English, clear headings, and consistent layouts to make content easier to understand and navigate.

Accessibility standards

We aim to make our website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, where reasonably practical for a small charity.

This website is built using Wix, which provides built-in accessibility features and tools to support inclusive access.

Known limitations

While we aim for a high level of accessibility, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. For example:

  • Some older documents or images may not have full text alternatives

  • Third-party content or embedded tools may have accessibility limitations

We are actively working to identify and address these issues as the website develops.
